Well if that "shifts better when pedaling" is true to the Cues, I'm gonna pair it with the EDS wireless deraileur to get that high end Sram experience for a fraction of the cost.

as an amateur bystander, im just glad for a simplification of their product lines. I think there was way too many overlapping products with little gain on upgrading to the next equipment level. I really like modular mix and match abilities. even at a weight cost.

About cog thickness: check middle rings, hg really is thinner. Same thickness is only on last 3 (or even 1, depends) rings.

Yup I have been running oval and a fan since Oneup released their first version.

I got U6000 1x10 speed, 6 pieces/components, for less than USD175 (converted) and MT200 hydraulic brakes front and back for USD35. Ah, and SR Suntour XCR 32 RLR air for about USD80. Think this will give me good upgrade from my current Tourney XT, mechanical brakes and XCM. Western world overpays for sure, not on all products, but many.

can this cassete be used on respective brand with the same speed like 11s xd cogs on deore 11 speed ?

If you have a high pivot bike with a pulley like a Forbidden, Hope 916, Norco Sight or Range then chain kick back is not an issue. Although I would say there's a tipping point where too high engagement can cause drag downhill.

I finally try oval on my bike and i love it. I ve buy Garbaruk for axs GX, working like it should be. I never going back on standard chainring. Climbing with oval is much better✌🏻

oval chainrings are unobtrusively amazing. When I hop back on my commuter or big bike with round chainring, I miss the ovality. Especially when climbing or sprinting

I use a Chinese copy of the absolute black on my old gxp x1 carbon cranks. I think it helps compensate for the fact that I really should be running shorter cranks. I still don't get how sram decided on that number of retaining bolts. 😂

I still have Biopace on my 1980s Trek road bike that sits on the trainer.

I have recently switched back to round chainring on Transmission, partially also because SRAM support specifically told me they advice against doing that, because during development it was found that the performance with an oval ring was not ideal. Unfortunately the guy didn't have any details to share.

I have trying to get sram chain power meter. But I am not sure it is worth it compared to to other options out there. The power meter doesn’t seen to be compatible with oval due to the shape of the power meter.

Sram chain only? Do kmc or wipperman etc chains not work as they are higher quality 😂

Hi .Cleaned the brake pads with Sand paper yesterday, sprayed on the pads disc brake cleaner (soudal) let it dry sanded again ,sprayed on again until its clean. Put them back and still soo noisy when I pull the brakes 😢 . I will do the gravity brake bleed today, clean the pads again and will use just soapy water to clean them. (What can be wrong if I use a disc brake cleaner?) Brakes are M8000 XT , Thanks!

What is required to change the standard 36T ratchet to a DT Swiss with more POE? You mentioned a DT Swiss tube insert was needed over the axle in a previous video?
